By using this webshop and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• We sell only products from previous collections
• Products are offered while stocks last
• We reserve the right to change prices and information

3. Prices and payment
• All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs
• Payment must be made immediately upon ordering

4. Orders
• An agreement is concluded after confirmation by email
• We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or resale

5. Delivery
• Delivery times are indicative
• Delays do not entitle you to compensation

6. Liability
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the order amount

7. Use of products
The customer is responsible for the correct use of the products.

8. Intellectual Property
All rights regarding the website and content belong to The Indian Maharadja.

9. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
