Refund policy

At The Indian Maharadja, we exclusively offer products from previous collections at significantly reduced prices. To make these low prices possible, we maintain an efficient and strict return policy.

Right of withdrawal (statutory)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed
• Items must be returned in their original packaging – if reasonably possible
• Labels and tags must remain attached
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be refused or partially refunded

Return Costs
• Return shipments are always at the customer's expense and risk
• We do not reimburse return costs
• Any costs incurred due to refusal or failure to collect a package will be charged to the customer

Refund
• We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return
• Refunds will be made via the same payment method
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the return shipment

Shipping Costs (outbound)
• In the event of withdrawal (return within the statutory cooling-off period), we will reimburse the paid shipping costs of the original order
• We will reimburse a maximum of the standard delivery costs; any additional costs for a more expensive shipping option (such as express) will not be refunded
• If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless otherwise required by law

Exclusions
Returns are not possible for:
• Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons (if seal is broken)
