Processing

• Costs are clearly displayed at checkout

Delivery times
• The Netherlands: 1–3 working days
• Europe: 2–7 working days
Delivery times are indicative.

Address details
The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.
Costs resulting from incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer.

Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected or is refused:
• return costs and shipping costs will be charged
• the amount may be offset against the refund

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by carriers.
